Specialised Therapeutics is committed to providing unrestricted access to innovative therapies for people with unmet medical needs. Our team makes this happen. How we work together and what we stand for makes us unique.
Working for Specialised Therapeutics provides the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals who have decades of experience in global pharmaceutical companies. We pride ourselves on our culture of inclusivity, our passion for pharma and compassion for our customers. We are a privately-held pharmaceutical company that has emerged as the largest independent pharmaceutical company in Australia. As a result, we are not limited by bureaucracy and our people can be creative in their roles and effect real change. We encourage all to 'own' their roles and show us how they shine.
At our new Australian headquarters in Melbourne, we are committed to providing a supportive and caring work environment, with a healthy and friendly culture that is supported by generous benefits. Our team is able to avail of flexible work and leave options, generous superannuation contributions, as well as health and lifestyle benefits.

Commerce and Compassion |
Commercial Director Crissa Kyriazis leads ST's high-calibre marketing teams and is driven by both commerce and compassion. She says: "I am inspired every day. We work really hard to provide access of medicines to our patients, and these are people who have often run out of treatment options. When the bottom line is meeting expectations, it means the right people are receiving our therapies."
Medical Matters |
ST Medical Director Paula Fenwick works closely with clinicians around the country and South-East Asian region. She is driven to ensure all relevant therapeutic information is available and open for discussion, so appropriate patients can benefit. She says: "Working with clinicians, we often discuss quite complex patients. Later, when you follow up, you may hear the stories of hope. You feel you have made a difference."
Specialised Therapeutics employs passionate people and it’s where we excel. Human Resources Manager Kate De Carolis explains.
We never forget that patients are at the heart of our business. Some of our staff have been at the frontline of healthcare, including Senior Brand Manager and Business Development Executive Bruce Arthur.
